Thirteen years have passed since the release of Left 4 Dead, Valve's glorious multiplayer cooperative shooter,
which in the 00s had amused us to death with its endless hordes of zombies,
and the possibility of experiencing a long series of campaigns together with friends and strangers.
Since then the videogame medium has evolved, the multiplayer has become more and more refined and stratified,
and the tastes of the public have fundamentally changed. In VR, however, it is as if we have started from scratch.
Developed by Vertigo Games, After the Fall is a title that we suggest to those who are new to virtual reality
and want a stimulating fps, which, however, does not put that horror title full of jump scare on them.
We cannot promise you that it will not go up a hair when you have to run left and right to avoid the undead (and quite athletic),
with a convinced stride. But we certainly guarantee that you get used to it and the fun takes over.
Like many other VR titles, you can choose from the main hub whether to play standing or sitting
(our advice is to opt for the first fashion solution to increase the speed of movement).
Even the simplest game concept, in virtual reality, becomes an unforgettable, very fun,
almost always unmissable experience. This is why even today VR games tend to re-explore obsolete genres and designs,
which are therefore experienced in a different light, and which manage to convince much more than their flat counterparts.
It is no coincidence that Vertigo Games, which had already delighted us years ago with the zombie game Arizona Sunshine,
offers us his personal Left 4 Dead in this round; or a cooperative multiplayer video game,
in which you complete five long levels, between hordes of all kinds and gigantic monsters.
Let's see how this old fashioned genre fares today on our VR viewers
